About Us


To work together, crossing barriers to improve the lives of children and families living in Houston County, Georgia.


We Bring together community partners in an effort to limit duplication and overlapping of services, then coordinate more efficient and effective service delivery, and ultimately, better results for families in Houston County, Georgia.

Who we are:

Statewide, we are a part of the Georgia Family Connection Network, an initiative of 159 counties committed to making measurable improvements for children and families in Georgia.

Locally, we are a nonprofit comprised of a variety of agencies dedicated to improving the outcomes for children and families in our communities. 

What we do:

We work collaboratively to assess community needs, identify impact opportunities, and develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our goals.  We evaluate and report our success annually.  Check out our annual reports below to read how we have worked together to make positive impact over the past 3 years in Houston County.
