We work collaboratively to assess community needs, identify impact opportunities, and develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our goals. We evaluate and report our success annually.
Our Mission
To work together, crossing barriers to improve the lives of children and families living in Houston County, Georgia.
Our Vision
To bring together community partners in an effort to limit duplication and overlapping of services, then coordinate more efficient and effective service delivery, and ultimately, better results for families in Houston County, Georgia.
Youth
Goal: School Success
Supporting Events: Teen Maze, Back to School Bash, Teen Summit, identify needs, barriers and programs built to promote the success for youth absent more than 15 days from school.
Health
Goal: To improve the health of children and youth
Supporting Events: Health Fairs, Resource Fairs, Resource List, and CATCH Kids: Supporting Eating Healthy and Physical Activity for everyone.
